Luiz Da Silva, Ph.D., President and CEO, Board of Directors
Dr. Da Silva is a co-founder and served as the Chief Technology Officer until May of 2008. He is an expert in ultrasound, optics, lasers and their applications to medical devices and diagnostics. Dr. Da Silva has been involved in medical device research and development in industry, university and national laboratories for over 8 years. Since leaving Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) in 2001, Dr. Da Silva has founded and served as CTO of DermaHealth Systems a plastic surgery device company, and ImagiNail Corporation a consumer product company. While at LLNL, from 1998 to 2001, Dr. Da Silva served as the associate program leader for the medical technology program. Dr. Da Silva has worked as a consultant to several medical companies including Johnson & Johnson, Guidant, Boston Scientific, and Cyclotec Medical. Dr. Da Silva received a Ph.D. in physics from the University of British Columbia in 1988 and is internationally recognized for his research. He is a fellow of the American Physical Society and the Optical Society of America and is currently on the scientific advisory board of the University of California, Davis National Science Foundation Center for Biophotonics Science and Technology. He has over 200 publications and 40 patents, and his research has earned him awards from the American Physical Society, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), R&D 100 and the Department of Energy.
Donna Marie Vazquez, M.B.A., Director Global Sales Marketing, and Chairman of the Board

Donna Vazquez has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus and a Master's Degree in Global Management from University of Phoenix. She has over eleven years of experience in managing distribution accounts, of which six are in international markets. She is also an experienced ISO and TE 9000 auditor.
While pursuing her undergraduate studies, she worked as General Manager for Insurance Adjusters Inc., where she restructured work flow in the claims department that helped the company decrease turn around time on settlements from ten to six days in a six-month period. She also designed and implemented disaster recovery plans to respond to major hurricane damages in the Caribbean, allowing field personnel to expedite settlements for all client insurance companies.
Afterwards, she joined DuPont Diagnostics in Manati, Puerto Rico, where she worked in relocating plant facilities to Delaware. Her main focus was moving capital equipment and human resources to start up operations in Newark, Delaware. Vazquez also worked for Graco Inc. in Minneapolis, mainly global operations, where she developed and coordinated a series of global projects through distributorships that increased sales by 25%. She pioneered and implemented e-Business transactions with developing countries that helped the company expedite contracts by speeding communication and closing deals through the Internet.
Before joining IntelaMetrix, she worked as International Business Manager for ImagiNail, a consumer product company. She researched enforcement agencies to ensure global compliance and managed worldwide distribution accounts.
Heidi Stark, VP & CFO
Ms. Stark has been with IntelaMetrix, Inc. since it was founded in September 2004. For the past five years Heidi has worked for Dr. Luiz Da Silva assisting him in his various companies: Pearl Technology Holdings, LLC, DermaHealth Systems, Inc, CardioHealth Systems, Inc., Imaginail Corporation, BioTelligent, DermaCare, Inc. and now IntelaMetrix. She has utilized her business skills in all these companies. Tasks have included drafting and filing patent applications, government grant administration, coordination of travel and tradeshows, inventory controls, sales, marketing, shipping and receiving, human resources, bookkeeping and various other administrative roles. Heidi is also a founder and COO for Cobalt Consulting, LLC, a technology incubator located in Livermore, CA. She is currently the CFO of IntelaMetrix.
Drew Stark, Operations Manager
Mr. Stark has been with IntelaMetrix from its inception, and currently serves as the company’s Operations Manger. He oversees many facets of the organization including: production, marketing, shipping, and logistics.
Sergey Kirillov, Director of Software Development
Mr. Kirillov has played a pivotal role in the development of the BodyView and BodyView Live software, and the integration with the BodyMetrix BX2000. Mr. Kirillov and the rest of the IntelaMetrix staff can’t wait to take our next stride in developing the latest health and wellness software.
